Recovery can often feel like an uphill struggle. Our aim is to provide the level ground to help your recovery.
Situated in the heart of Nottingham, we provide individually tailored programmes of treatment and care for anyone who needs medically assisted stabilisation or detoxification from alcohol and other substances.
Our programmes are delivered in a clinically safe and comfortable environment, providing service users with the medication and support they need to detox successfully and take control of their long-term recovery.
The unique combination of our person-centred approach and broad staffing expertise enables us to successfully detox all types of clients, including complex cases.
We accept referrals from specialist community drug and alcohol teams or private enquirers located anywhere in the UK, and can accommodate up to twenty service users at any one time.

How we work
We understand that recovery can often feel like an uphill struggle.
Every individual detox matters to us, and we believe that emotional support and encouragement is vitally important. Substance misuse is a chronic relapsing condition that every person will experience differently. The personal care we provide is flexible, compassionate and responsive to the needs of the individual.
The work of our dedicated multidisciplinary clinical team – including Doctors, non-medical prescribers, General Nurses, Mental Health Nurses and Support Workers – is overseen by our Consultant in Addictions Psychiatry. The staff team combines clinical skills with personal lived experience of detox.
Our individually tailored support programmes guarantee a safe and secure detox. For many of our service users, they can also provide a platform for permanent change, empowering them to take control and achieve their personal long-term recovery goals.
